The
New England Wild Bird Food Company is a division of United
Cooperative Farmers, a feed manufacturing cooperative formed
in 1927. We package wild bird food in our Guilderland, New
York facility. Our customers pay less because we bring most
of our ingredients in by rail, allowing us to transport our
finished product a shorter distance.
We package
seed for many private label customers including Massachusetts
Audubon. We have two primary branded lines. Our NEWBird line
is sold to the grocery industry and our North Eastern's Finest
line is sold to Pet, Feed, Lawn & Garden, and Birding Specialty
stores. All of our products are formulated to include ingredients
favored by birds that inhabit or visit the Northeast. We work
closely with the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology to help
ensure the success of our products.

| Our
business has grown rapidly because of our commitment to quality
ingredients, exceptionally clean blends, and our focus on customer
satisfaction. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you
in the near future. |

The New England Wild Bird Food Company is a supporter and
sponsor of the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology. We think
their efforts in the area of ecology, conservation and education
benefit all of us who enjoy the beauty of wild birds and their
habitats. We also benefit from their expertise when we formulate
our products, particularly our blends.
Cornell
Feeder Watchers periodically count the numbers and kinds of
birds that visit their feeders throughout the winter and send
their observations to the Lab, for science and conservation.
To sign up for FeederWatch or to learn more about the project
